I’m a certified Breakup and Divorce Coach, trained through the Sara Davison Divorce Coach Academy, supporting women through separation, divorce and difficult relationship transitions.

My training taught me how to support women through these moments, but I also understand this journey from personal experience.

I know what it feels like when the life you thought you were building suddenly looks very different. When you’re trying to make decisions while carrying fear, uncertainty, family expectations and the million practical things that still need doing every day.

I also know what it’s like not to have a grand plan for what comes next.

Sometimes you don’t need to know how the whole story ends. You just need enough clarity and courage to take the next step.

That belief sits at the heart of my coaching.

Every woman’s situation is different. For some, the right path may be separation or divorce. For others, it may be rediscovering themselves, setting boundaries or rebuilding their strength while still within a relationship. I am not here to tell you to stay or to leave.

As I often say, staying can be hard. Leaving can be hard. Sometimes we have to choose our hard.

My own journey included navigating coercive control and rebuilding my life afterwards. It is also why Glimmer holds a particular place for women from traditional and cultural backgrounds, where family expectations, silence and fear of judgement can make an already difficult situation feel even heavier.

I know how much there can be to carry. Here, you can speak openly and be yourself, without fear of judgement.

My role is to give you a safe, supportive space to talk honestly, find clarity and begin rebuilding your confidence and sense of direction. We focus on where you are now, what you need, and the practical steps that can help you move forward.

You don’t have to know exactly what comes next.
